With three decades of experience in cooking instruction, Lan has made it easy for her students to replicate flavorful dishes without MSG, excessive sodium, and other “diet-killers” that you find in restaurants.

Get comfortable with using Asian cooking tools like woks, steamers, and cleavers. Learn how to use ingredients that will become staples in your kitchen like fresh ginger, 5-spice powder, and Asian sauces.

Lan’s is currently  taking reservations for 2011 cooking classes as we look for an alternate venue. She is also available for in-home parties and will work with you to develop a custom menu that suits your or your kids’ tastes and food allergies.
